Parliamentary Secretary for Railways Farrukh Habib has said PML-N and PPP are reluctant to submit their reply about foreign funding before Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP).

Addressing a news conference in Islamabad on Wednesday, he said ECP has given time frame of two weeks to submit the reply but both the parties are hiding behind delaying tactics.

He said the previous governments used tax money of the public for their party's publicity.
