Kazakhstan's President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev has announced that a contingent of Russia-led forces would begin leaving the country in two days.

Addressing the government and parliament in a video conference, he said a phased withdrawal of the Collective Security Treaty Organization peacekeeping contingent will begin within two-days.
