National Assembly resumed its session at the Parliament House in Islamabad this afternoon with Deputy Speaker Syed Ghulam Mustafa Shah in the chair.

The House passed “The Iqbal Academy (Amendment) Bill, 2025” while “The Pakistan Airports Authority (Amendment) Bill, 2026” was also introduced.

Besides, The Islamabad Capital Territory Local Government (Amendment) Ordinance, 2026 was laid before the House.

The House has now been prorogued.
