Saudi Arabia says agreement with Iran to restore diplomatic ties confirms the mutual desire to resolve differences through communication and dialogue.
In an interview with Al Sharq Al Awsat newspaper, Saudi Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan said we are preparing to resume diplomatic relations within the next two months.
He, however, urged the Iran to remain committed to its nuclear obligations, besides, increasing its cooperation with the International Atomic Energy Agency.
Talking about the China's role in brokering the deal, the Saudi Minister said China has positive relations with both countries, which contributed to aligning views and highlighting the legitimate concerns of the Saudi Arabia.
