Congressman and former US ambassador to Switzerland Don Beyer and Senator Tim Kaine have said that the future of Kashmir should be decided by a vote of the Kashmiri people. 

Talking to journalists in Washington, they rejected the illicit move of Modi led BJP government to annexed occupied Kashmir to India on 5th of last month.
