Russia says the Nagorono Karabakh ceasefire agreement has been breached as clashes took place between Armenia and Azerbaijan.                             

The violation of ceasefire has been reported by Russian defense ministry, which has deployed peacekeepers to the region to monitor the ceasefire accord.         

Meanwhile, Azeri defence ministry said four of its servicemen died during the clash while Armenian authorities said six of their servicemen had been wounded.
