Pakistan Navy Lieutenant Commander Syed Muhammad Arsalan was awarded the Golden Owl Award for Best Foreign Naval Officer at a graduation ceremony in Colombo.

The award for the best foreign naval officer among officers from 15 countries during training is a testament to the excellent training traditions of the Pakistan Armed Forces.

Deputy Defence Minister of Sri Lanka Major General retired Paruna Jayasekera was the chief guest on the occasion.
