Minister for Planning and Development Asad Umar says the government is ensuring to benefit all people in the quintiles instead of only the top ones.

Addressing a webinar organized by UNDP, he said the current fiscal year budget has been prepared to benefit the marginalized section of society. 

Highlighting the government's commitment to social protection and inequality alleviation, Asad Umar said the government has adopted people centric growth strategy by strengthening the productive sectors.

He said Ehsaas Program; Health Insurance Card and Kamyab Jawan programs have been started under the policy which is contributing in uplifting the marginalized families.
