Russian President Vladimir Putin says supply of Western weapons to Ukraine will not change the course of the war.

Talking to state TV channel, Putin said Ukraine’s membership in NATO would threaten Russia’s security and the provision of arms will only escalate global tensions and prolong the conflict.
