Chinese Consul General in Karachi Li Bijian called on Sindh Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah in Karachi on Friday and discussed with him construction of homes in flood-affected areas in the province.

He presented a cheque of five hundred thousand dollars for provincial flood fund and another cheque of one hundred thousand dollars for construction of damaged infrastructure in Karachi city.

Syed Murad Ali Shah said that a 500 million dollar housing project in cooperation with World Bank is being started for flood affected people in the province.
