Caretaker Prime Minister Anwaar ul Haq Kakar has urged the overseas community to invest in Pakistan.

Talking to a delegation of overseas Pakistanis that called on him in Islamabad on Tuesday, he said the government will provide them with all possible help and facilities in this regard.

The Prime Minister said overseas Pakistanis are our precious asset that plays a key role in the country's economy.

He said transfer of remittances of overseas Pakistanis through a legal and safe channel is very important for the country's development. He encouraged overseas Pakistanis to transfer their funds through Roshan Digital Pakistan Account. He said Roshan Digital Pakistan Account is a secure means of transferring funds, which can be used to contribute to the improvement of the country's economy.

The Prime minister said protecting the investment of Overseas Pakistanis and their properties is the responsibility of government, and there is no room for negligence in this regard.
