In today's special transmission, Religious Scholar Dr Saleem Ullah said compliance with Islamic law during Ramadan is seen as a way to strengthen faith and commitment to follow the teachings of Islam.
He said Ramadan also serves as the symbol of unity among Muslims across the world as they practice same rituals including fasting, prayers and charity.
Taking part in the special Ramadan transmission, Renowned Orthopedic Surgeon Dr Umer Zia Warriach said that consumption of calcium-rich food such as dairy products and fortified foods should be increased to get maximum health benefits of Ramadan.
He said that it is important to stay hydrated and maintain a balanced diet to ensure proper nutrition for bone health during Ramadan
Naat Khawan Zakir Muhammad Hassan Askari paid tribute to the Holy Prophet Hazrat Muhammad (Peace Be Upon Him) while Tilawat-e-Quran-e-Pak along with translation is a regular part of transmission.
