Iran has criticized US military build-up in the Gulf saying there is no need for foreign intervention in the region.
This was stated by Iranian President Hassan Rouhani during a weekly cabinet meeting.
He said Washington's military build-up will not help in regional security and is rather aimed at creating divisions and emptying the treasuries of regional countries.
The Iranian president said Iran's reduction of commitment to the 2015 nuclear agreement was meant to make the commitments of both sides parallel with the talks.
He stressed the importance of interaction and talks provided that all sides believe in negotiation as a means of resolving differences.
