In India, Modi government’s failed policies have pushed Manipur into turmoil, with ethnic clashes intensifying.

According to Indian newspaper Deccan Chronicle, armed attackers raided a Naga village in Manipur’s Kangpokpi district and set fire to at least nine houses.

It reported that following the incident, concerns over the security situation in the state’s mountain areas have intensified.
