GB Govt has successfully establishment of a new school for the Katchura community, located near the picturesque Shangrilla in Skardu.

The inauguration ceremony was held in Skardu. Minister of Education Shahzad Agha and Leader of the Opposition in GB Assembly kazim Masim jointly inaugurate the school.

This new school signifies a brighter and more promising future for the Katchura community, where access to quality education was a pressing need.

Chief Secretary GB Mohiyyudin Wani , in a statement said that GB  Government recognizes the importance of education in empowering individuals and communities, and this initiative is a testament to the government's commitment to equitable educational opportunities for all.

He said this achievement is the culmination of relentless efforts put forth by the government over the last six months, fulfilling a long-standing demand of the local residents.
