In Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, the All Parties Hurriyat Conference has castigated the Indian military approach to tackle freedom movement of Kashmiris.

The APHC spokesman in a statement issued in Srinagar termed the Kashmir dispute as purely a political issue, which needs its peaceful settlement under free and fair plebiscite under the UN auspices.

He said that the Indian fascist regime is well aware of its failures in suppressing the Kashmir freedom movement, and is, therefore, reluctant to accept the political solution, which exposes its Imperialistic approach in occupied Jammu and Kashmir.

Meanwhile, Indian troops in continuation of their terror and harassment operations barged into many houses in Jamalata area of Srinagar, last night, and harassed and intimidated the inmates including women and children.

The troops also conducted operations in Shopian, Pulwama, Baramulla, Rajouri and Poonch districts.

On the other hand, hundreds of people staged protests in eight major US cities against Facebook for allowing hate speeches to be freely posted in India, resulting in persecution, physical attacks and killing of members of non-Hindu minorities particularly Muslims.
