The Government has revised prices of Petroleum products for the next fortnight.

According to a press release of Finance Division, price of petrol has been raised by 3.47 rupees per litre while high-speed diesel price has been increased by 2.61 rupees per litre.

Following the increase, the new price of petrol is fixed at 256 rupees and 13 paisas, while high-speed diesel is priced at 260 rupees and 95 paisas.

The new prices have become effective from today. The changes made in the prices of petroleum products reflect global rising trends in oil prices.
