April 16, 2025

In Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, the APHC has said that BJP-led Indian government is a big hurdle in resolution of the Kashmir dispute through exercise of the UN-pledged Kashmiris’ right to self-determination.

In a statement in Srinagar today, APHC spokesman Advocate Abdul Rashid Minhas said, the India’s incumbent prime minister Narendra Modi, whose hands are soaked with blood of three thousand Muslims of Gujarat in India, is a main impediment to just resolution of Kashmir dispute.

He said that inspired by the Hindutva-driven mindset, the RSS-BJP regime in India is bringing all like-minded people to top positions in army and civil bureaucracy.

He further said that army and civil bureaucracy have been tasked to weaken Kashmiri Muslims and minorities in India including Muslims, Sikhs, Christian and Dalits in all respects.

APHC also slammed those people and organizations who support Indian occupation of Kashmir and their agendas.

He said that Kashmiri people would not compromise on mission of thousand of their martyrs.
