Gilgit Baltistan Government is constructing a reservoir in Kargah Nullah for storage of water in winter.

Official sources said that the project will be completed at a cost of sixty million rupees in one year.

It will provide water to the six hydel power stations during winter which will help to minimize load shedding.

Deputy Speaker GB Legislative Assembly Jafarullah Khan inspected the project and witnessed pace of development work.
