Prime Minister Imran Khan will perform groundbreaking of Lillah-Jhelum road at a ceremony in Islamabad on Tuesday.

The 128-kilometer long dual road will be constructed in thirty months at a cost of sixteen billion rupees. The road will establish link among Chakwal, Khushab, Mandi Bahauddin, Gujrat and Mirpur.

The project would help promote tourism, facilitate farm to market supply, increase employment opportunities and lead to economic progress.
