Minister for Information and Broadcasting, Attaullah Tarar, has said maintaining law and order is the responsibility of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government, but the Federal Government is ready to extend all possible support in this regard.

Speaking in the National Assembly today, he said it would have been better if the Chief Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa had focused on the situation in Kurram instead of marching on Islamabad.

The Minister said they repeatedly talk about dead bodies but are unable to give a credible, unanimous number because they are trying to build a fake narrative in the name of corpses. Their leaders are presenting different statistics of dead bodies, exposing their lies.
