Prime Minister's Special Representative Hafiz Tahir Mehmood Ashrafi called on Governor Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Haji Ghulam Ali in Peshawar today. 

During meeting, they exchanged views on matters pertaining to peace and security and interfaith harmony in the province.

The Special Representative apprised the Governor about welfare initiatives for overseas Pakistanis in Muslim and Middle Eastern countries.

They also condemned the Israeli forces' atrocities and ethnic cleansing of Palestinians in Gaza.

Governor Khyber Pakhtunkhwa stressed on global powers to play their role for a permanent ceasefire in Gaza.
