Pakistan has strongly condemned the recent violent attacks carried out by the Israeli Occupation Forces on worshippers at Al-Aqsa Mosque in occupied Palestinian.

In a statement, Foreign Office Spokesperson Zahid Hafeez Chaudhri, terming such attacks as violation of all humanitarian norms and human rights laws, urged international community for prompt action to protect the Palestinians.

He said Pakistan stands in solidarity with Government and people of Palestine in their just demands for their basic rights and equality.

The spokesperson also renewed Pakistan's call for the establishment of a viable, independent and contiguous Palestinian State, on the basis of the internationally agreed parameters with the pre-1967 borders and Al-Quds Al-Sharif as its capital.
