Ukraine has claimed to have destroyed a second bridge across the River Seym which winds through Russia’s Kursk region.

Meanwhile, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy says the aim of Ukraine’s incursion into Russia’s Kursk region, is to create a buffer zone.
