Senior leader of All Parties Hurriyat Conference Professor Abdul Ghani Butt has strongly condemned the recent decision of the Indian Supreme Court on Article 370.

In a statement in Srinagar, he said the Indian superior judiciary had always been biased against Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir and its people.

Meanwhile, protest demonstrations were held in Kupwara, Rajouri and Jammu districts in favour of Jammu and Kashmir’s political rights and against the anti-people policies of the occupation regime in the territory. 

In Jammu, leaders and activists of around 20 political parties staged a protest march against the Hindutva onslaught led by India’s Bharatiya Janata Party government on the people of Jammu and Kashmir.
