Ethiopian parliament has ratified the trade agreement with Pakistan to boost bilateral trade.
This was announced by the Embassy of Ethiopia in Pakistan. Both countries had signed the agreement on February 14th this year.
According to Ethiopian Ambassador in Pakistan Jemal Beker Abdula, the landmark agreement would give a major boost to the bilateral trade that currently stands at over 80 million dollars.
It would also pave the way for the establishment of a joint action committee on trade and fostering strong institutional linkages between the two countries.
