A week-long sub-national polio vaccination campaign will start tomorrow [Monday] in 115 districts across the country.

During the campaign, more than 31 million children under the age of five will be administered anti-polio drops.

The campaign will take place across Balochistan, Gilgit-Baltistan, Islamabad, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Punjab and Sindh, with activities focused on high-risk and hotspot areas where children remain particularly vulnerable to poliovirus transmission.
