Three persons including two children were killed and three others injured in a car accident on Lahore-Islamabad Motorway near Sheikhupura on Tuesday.

According to a spokesman of Rescue 1122, the accident occurred due to overspeeding.

The dead bodies and injured have been shifted to DHQ hospital Sheikhupura.
