AVM ® Ijaz Malik (Defense Analyst): Pakistan and China are cementing bilateral cooperation in aviation sector with the passage of each day. This cooperation is beneficial for both the countries. In the changing global security landscape, airspace utilization is getting more and more significance. Pakistan has a vibrant experience of aviation. We are harvesting some benefits from our mutual arrangements with friendly countries in aviation sector. Response and preparedness to counter the threat from the enemy country is in aviation sector and air defense. We have a well-conceived professional and active defense mechanism in place to counter aviation threats from enemy forces. Before 1998, we had conventional security threats, but India carried out nuclear tests which changed the shapes and forms of threats. Therefore Pakistan had to develop our nuclear deterrence.

China and Pakistan have cooperation in diverse sectors and now Chinese Space tech experts are in Pakistan on official visit and now we will find both the countries to enhance bilateral cooperation in space technology. It is a welcoming development that China is extending all out cooperation to Pakistan in space technology field.
