Caretaker Provincial Minister for Industry, Trade and Investment, Irrigation, Minerals and Zakat Mian Anjum Nisar called on caretaker Punjab Chief Minister Dr. Hassan Askari in Lahore today (Friday) and discussed departmental affairs. 

Speaking on the occasion, the caretaker Chief Minister said that the interim government will ensure transparent and fair general elections.  

 He said that his government in a limited period will take steps to give relief to the public. 

He said that although laws do exist, however relevant departments are responsible to implement the by-laws. 

The caretaker Chief Minister said that enforcement of environmental regulations should also be ensured.
