In Lebanon, the army has declared a state of alert after tension with Israeli forces at the Blue Line border.
Lebanon’s National News Agency said Israeli bulldozers and military force moved towards the fence near the Hounin Valley in southern Lebanon.
The move came amid tension after Lebanese forces on Thursday stopped Israeli military bulldozers from continuing excavation works in the area.
Forces from the UN peacekeeping mission were dispatched to the area to prevent any escalation on the ground.
