Pakistan’s Ambassador to the United States, Rizwan Saeed Sheikh, has extended warm greetings to Pakistani nationals across the U.S. and around the world on the occasion of Pakistan Day.
In his video message on the occasion of Pakistan Day, he highlighted the historic significance of March 23, 1940, when the Muslims of the subcontinent, under the leadership of Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah, set forth their demand for an independent homeland, a vision that materialized within just seven years.
He urged Pakistanis living in the United States to always uphold their national identity and values, adopting a positive approach that enhances Pakistan’s image globally. He emphasized that their contributions should rise above linguistic, political, and other differences, focusing solely on Pakistan’s progress and unity.
Ambassador Rizwan Saeed Sheikh also called on overseas Pakistanis to play a constructive role in strengthening Pakistan-U.S. relations, serving as a bridge between the two nations for a brighter future.
Concluding his message, he reaffirmed his commitment to Pakistan’s prosperity and unity, echoing the spirit of "Pakistan Zindabad!"
