The US military has begun shipping equipment and closing basis ahead of its military pullout from Afghanistan till 11th September.

US Defense Department official said that they are also winding down contracts with local service providers.

Meanwhile, Head of US Central Command General Frank McKenzie told Congress that Afghanistan’s military still needs some continued American support.
