Rotary Club Islamabad delegation visits Radio Pakistan Islamabad
June 23, 2023

Radio Pakistan has been greatly contributing to national service by disseminating credible information and projecting the state narrative through conventional as well as advance broadcasting.

This was stated by Rotary Club Islamabad District Governor Adnan Rohaila while recording his impressions after visiting the newly upgraded studios and facilities for specialized broadcasting at Pakistan Broadcasting Corporation Islamabad today.

Adnan Rohaila said the recent initiatives of launching Radio Pakistan Podcast, Radio Reels, TikTok, the specialized Technology, Environment and Chalte Chalte channels would go a long way in not only entertaining but also educating the youth. He was of the view that the idea of launching IP TV by Radio Pakistan would provide people the facility to watch a serious and meaningful content that is rarely visible in the contemporary media industry.

Rotary Club Islamabad President Imran Ghaznavi, in his views, appreciated the diversified content being broadcast by Radio Pakistan for meeting the varied public demand. Imran Ghazanvi said he is always overwhelmed by the Radio Pakistan programs as he has been listening to the state broadcaster since childhood.

The young members of the delegation, who took a round of the broadcasting facilities at the National Broadcasting House, showed keen interest in the studios built for music, drama, technology and sports. While expressing their views, they said they love Radio Pakistan.

On conclusion of the visit, certificates were distributed among members of the Rotary Club.
