Islamabad High Court has annulled government's decision regarding the new delimitation of constituencies in the federal capital.

In a short verdict announced on Friday, Justice Amir Farooq termed the government's notification in this regard as invalid.

Furthermore, the IHC asked the Election commission of Pakistan to announce its verdict in this case after hearing the government's stance on Dec 27.
