PCB unveils under-19 squad for Men’s World Cup in South Africa

The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has announced U19 squad for the upcoming ICC U19 Men's Cricket World Cup commencing in South Africa on 19th of the next month.

The selected squad comprises a talented roster of young cricketers, with Saad Baig leading as both captain and wicketkeeper, accompanied by Vice-Captain Ali Asfand.

The other team members include Ali Raza, Ahmad Hassan, Amir Hassan, Arfat Minhas, Azan Awais, Haroon Arshad, Khubaib Khalil, Mohammad Zeeshan, Naveed Ahmed Khan, Shahzaib Khan, Shamyl Hussain, Muhammad Riazullah, and Ubaid Shah.

Sohail Tanvir, Chairman of the Junior Selection Committee, shared that a comprehensive training camp for the selected players is scheduled to take place in Lahore from 28 of this month to 6th of next month .  

This camp aims to refine the team's skills and foster cohesion ahead of their participation in the prestigious ICC U19 Men's Cricket World Cup.
