The Pakistan Cricket Board’s Board of Governors decided to include more players in PCB’s central contract and to add up to their salaries.
Talking to a press conference in Lahore, the PCB Chief Ramiz Raja said board’s BoG has approved a budget of 15 billion rupees for the FY 2022-23. He also disclosed that number of players in PCB’s central contract, as well as players’ salaries has also been increased.
During the press conference, He said 78 percent of the total budget will be spent on cricket-related activities. He said number of total players in the central contract has been increased from 20 to 33. Adding to this, He said red ball and white ball were also being included in the central contract for the very first time.
