In Russia, four people were killed and five others injured after an Il-76 transport plane crashed in western region of Ryazan on Friday.

In a statement, the Defence Ministry said the aircraft was on a training flight without cargo when the crew decided to land due to an engine malfunction, and it was partially destroyed when it hit the ground.
