In the second One-Day International at Hambantota, Pakistan beat Afghanistan by one wicket tonight, winning the three match series.

Batting first, Afghanistan scored 300 runs for loss of 5 wickets in allotted 50 overs.

In reply, Pakistan achieved the target in last over for the loss of nine wickets. 

Pakistan leads three match series by two nil.

The third and final match will be played in Colombo on Saturday.

Prime Minister Anwaar-ul-Haq Kakar has appreciated Pakistan cricket team over their impressive performance against Afghanistan in 2nd One Day International.

In a social media post, the Prime minister said keep up the momentum and keep elevating the pride of all Pakistanis.
