Batting first, Afghanistan scored 300 runs for loss of 5 wickets in allotted 50 overs.
In reply, Pakistan achieved the target in last over for the loss of nine wickets.
Pakistan leads three match series by two nil.
The third and final match will be played in Colombo on Saturday.
