Prime Minister Imran Khan met Prime Minister of United Kingdom Boris Johnson on the sidelines of 74th Session of the UN General Assembly in New York.
The two leaders discussed a wide range bilateral, regional and multilateral issues of mutual interest. Prime Minister Imran Khan apprised his British counterpart of the latest situation in occupied Kashmir and underlined need for international community to play its role in helping address dire human rights and humanitarian situation and its attendant consequences.
The two Prime Ministers exchanged views on other regional developments including Afghan peace and reconciliation process.
On bilateral relations, both Prime Ministers agreed to enhance cooperation in diverse areas, including political, trade and economic fields. NNR/Mustafa
