The UN Security Council has adopted a resolution calling for a swift end to the ongoing conflict between Russia and Ukraine.

The US-drafted resolution received ten votes in favor including that of Pakistan, whereas five countries abstained which include Greece, France, Slovenia, Denmark and the UK.
