Pilgrims are now flocking to Madinah to pay their homage at the shrine of the Holy Prophet [Peace Be Upon Him].

Radio Pakistan's Correspondent from Madinah reports that thousands of pilgrims from across the globe, including Pakistan, are now converging in Madinah, after performing Hajj in Makkah, to visit the holy sites in the city.

They are offering Durood-o-Salam at Roza-e-Rasool, visit Jannat-tul-Baqee to offer fateha, offer Nawafil at Masjid-e-Quba, and other holy places.

The Hujjaj are also visiting the graveyard of Shuhda-e-Uhad in Madinah, where Hazrat Ameer Hamza, the beloved uncle of the Holy Prophet [PBUH], is buried, along with other martyrs of the battle of Uhad.

Pilgrims are also enthusiastically showing interest in the bazars, setup near Shuhda-e-Uhad graveyard and buying various kinds of medicinal shrubs and other things to present them as gift to relatives and friends.

Dates of Madinah are one of the main attractions for the Hajj journey and pilgrims are turning to dates' market and gardens to buy the product.

Besides, pilgrims are vigorously tasting and enjoying Arabian delicacies and cuisine in various parts of the holy city of Madinah. Food street of Madinah has special attractions for Hujjaj in this regard.

Philanthropists are also taking lead in serving the Guests of Allah with food, dates, and water free of cost or on nominal prices.

A similar kind of restaurant named Ziafat al-Madinah has been established near the Pakistan House in Madinah by a group of four people hailing from Pakistan to serve the Hujjaj. The restaurant is being run on no-loss no profit basis just to serve pilgrims.
