Christmas celebrations were held at various churches of the country.
The Corps Commander of Balochistan today attended the prayer ceremonies at the historic St. Mary's Church and Holy Rosary Church in Quetta to express solidarity with the Christian community.
On this occasion, participants cut a special cake and exchanged Christmas greetings with one another.
The Corps Commander presented gifts to the Christian community, while the Christian community expressed special gratitude for the Corps Commander's participation.
In his address, the Corps Commander said the Christian community has made significant contributions to Pakistan's development and social harmony. He added that Christmas is not just a festival but a message of peace, love, and brotherhood that promotes social unity and mutual respect.

The Christian community's priests and the general public expressed their gratitude on this occasion and said that they feel safe in Pakistan and the people of other religions stand with them in times of joy and sorrow.
They also expressed their appreciation for the Pakistan Army and other law enforcement agencies for maintaining peace in the country.
