Polling for the by-election in NA-193 constituency of Rajanpur is underway.

Polling started at 8 AM and will continue till 5:00 PM uninterruptedly.

Our Multan correspondent reports that eleven candidate are participating in by-election. Ammar Ahmad Khan Leghari from PML N, Mohsin Leghari from PTI and Akhtar Hasan Khan Gurchani from the PPP are the major candidates in the arena.

Total number of voters in the constituency is 3,76,908 while 237 polling stations and 711 polling booths have been established for the election.

The seat has fallen vacant due to death of PTI MNA Sardar Jaffar Khan Leghari.
