US Secretary of State Antony Blinken arrived in Egypt today (Wednesday) during his diplomatic mission aimed to bolster a ceasefire between Israel and Hamas. 

In Cairo, he met President Abdel Fattah el-Sisi. After that he will be flying to Jordan for talks with King Abdullah.

Earlier, during his meetings with Israeli and Palestinian leaders, US Secretary of State announced aid worth millions to rebuild Gaza.
