World Food Programme has stressed the urgent need of delivering of food and nutrition to 2.3 million vulnerable people in war-torn region of Tigray in Ethopia.

In a statement, the United Nations food agency, World Food Programme expressed regret that despite of ceasefire, the food is not reaching to the needy.

It underlined the dire need of access to all parts of the region to deliver food and nutrition.
