Russian invasion of Ukraine has entered its fourth day.

Russian troops have entered Ukraine’s city of Kharkiv in the east of the country and street fighting is taking place there.

Russian forces have also besieged the southern Ukrainian city of Kherson and Berdyansk in the southeast on the Sea of Azov.

Russian Defense Ministry has claimed that it has disabled Ukraine's 975 military infrastructures, destroyed eight combat aircraft and seven helicopters, 11 unmanned aerial vehicles, 223 tanks and 143 units of special military vehicles.

Meanwhile, Ukraine’s deputy defence minister has claimed that 4,300 Russian troops have been killed in the fighting so far and it's forces have also destroyed about 146 tanks, 27 aircraft and 26 helicopters.

Meanwhile, United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees has said that the number of people fleeing Ukraine has now reached 368,000.

It said over 150,000 people have entered Poland and over 43,000 Ukrainians fled to Romania since the start of the conflict.
