Minister of Maritime Affairs Qaiser Ahmed Sheikh says the government is working to ensure that at least sixty percent of the public sector business is conducted through Gwadar port. 

He said this in an exclusive interview with Radio Pakistan's correspondent Muhammad Zafar Iqbal Mayo in Islamabad today (Friday).

The Minister said given the importance of Pakistan's geo strategic location, it is important to focus on increasing connectivity by improving roads and rail links. He said Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif is giving a special focus on the matter.
