In the first One Day International in Lahore, Australia beat Pakistan by 88 runs tonight.

Batting first, Australia scored 314 runs for the loss of seven wickets in stipulated fifty overs.

In reply, Pakistan was all out at 225 in 45.2 overs.

Australian player TM Head with 101 runs remained the top scorer while, Pakistani batsman Imam-ul-Haq was top scorer with 103 runs.
