Spain has submitted a Declaration of Intervention at the International Court of Justice in genocide case against Israel and for the application of the Genocide Convention in Gaza Strip.

The Spanish Foreign Ministry in a statement said this intervention is motivated by our responsibility as a State party to the Genocide Convention and our firm commitment to international law.
